The school’s collaborative model includes ARD facilitators, so your ARD responsibilities will involve preparing present levels, setting goals, and making service time recommendations, with a requirement to attend only speech-only ARDs. Additionally, supervision duties are minimal, as a designated assistant serving most students is supported by another SLP on campus.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license (CCC or CFY considered)
• Prior experience or familiarity working in a school setting highly desired
• Comfort with ARD/IEP documentation and meetings
• Compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
