Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience supporting diverse caseloads in school settings across multiple grade levels (K-12)
- Strong collaboration skills, flexible approach to assignments, and genuine enthusiasm for empowering students
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on student needs and IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation for progress monitoring and compliance
- Engage actively with teachers, families, and support teams to develop interventions that foster academic and social growth
- Caseloads are designed to remain manageable at 50-60 students per SLP
- Select assignments available in elementary (7:30-4), middle (7:45-4), or high school (8:30-4) based on preferred environment and age group
