We're seeking dedicated professionals with CCC credentials to support students in a school-based setting, nearby Leavenworth, KS. With three openings available, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families to make a meaningful impact throughout the academic year, from August 14th to May 28th.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with children from preschool through 5th grade
  • Comfortable managing a caseload that may include some 9th-grade students
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students aged 3 through 5th grade, with occasional work with 9th-graders
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
