Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Current, active Professional License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least one year
  • At least one year of IEP (Individualized Education Program) experience
  • Background in pediatric, school-based speech services; open to those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Self-motivation and a desire to have a positive impact on students’ communication and development
  • Proficiency in communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management
  • Strong teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively with a range of professionals and support staff
  • Technological competence, including adaptability to new digital systems, paperwork, email communication, and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, onsite speech-language therapy services to students in a public school setting
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor support and progress monitoring
  • Maintain meticulous records and digital documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
