Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active professional license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, held for at least one year
• At least one year of experience developing and implementing IEPs in a school environment
• Familiarity with current best practices in pediatric therapy
• Self-motivated, with a genuine commitment to creating a positive difference in the lives of students
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Proven organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Comfortable with current technology; able to learn new software, complete digital documentation, and troubleshoot as needed

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions onsite for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Provide thorough assessments and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in the IEP process, contributing to student success plans
