You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team and have access to experienced Lead Clinicians, abundant training, and valuable evaluation resources. If you’re dedicated to putting your best foot forward for every student on your caseload, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active ASHA CCCs for a minimum of one year
  • Valid professional license for Speech-Language Pathology
  • At least one year of experience working with IEPs in a school or pediatric setting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with basic technology for digital paperwork, assessment tools, and ongoing professional learning
  • A self-starter mindset and passion for improving the lives of students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based SLP therapy services to students on your caseload
  • Develop, implement, and document IEPs and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic student support
  • Monitor student progress, adapt strategies, and provide meaningful feedback to families and staff
