Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lebanon, IN

Collaboration will be key, as assignments may involve placement in the Essential (Life Skills) Skills program, focusing on children who benefit from specialized support. Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy (autism, language disorders, AAC, etc.)
• Experience or interest in teletherapy service delivery models
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments

What to Expect in This Role:

• Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy to school-aged children
• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Deliver services in person and through teletherapy as determined by student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and support staff
• Document services, comply with state and federal education requirements, and maintain student records
• Support students in Essential Skills programs, adapting approaches for diverse learning needs
