Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC credentials
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Pediatric experience, ideally within school settings
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
- Create individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress throughout the academic year
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized knowledge to multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure ongoing support
- Document service delivery and maintain accurate records in compliance with district guidelines
