Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP-CCC credentials
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Pediatric experience, ideally within school settings
• Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
• Create individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress throughout the academic year
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized knowledge to multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure ongoing support
• Document service delivery and maintain accurate records in compliance with district guidelines
