Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Oregon
- Experience working in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and ongoing therapy for students requiring speech and language support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings as a trusted resource
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic student support
- Educate and offer resources to staff and families regarding best practices in communication development
