Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Oregon
  • Experience working in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, evaluation, and ongoing therapy for students requiring speech and language support
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings as a trusted resource
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic student support
  • Educate and offer resources to staff and families regarding best practices in communication development
