As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work a consistent schedule (typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) for 37.5 hours per week, supporting a caseload of approximately 70 students. Your role focuses on consultation services—there is no case management, allowing you to concentrate on implementing interventions and supporting educators.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or clinical fellow considered
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Ability to provide effective consultation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to serving diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with teachers and staff to implement strategies supporting student communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Develop and recommend intervention plans to address speech and language goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
  • Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding speech and language development
