This is a contract, full-time opportunity with a focus on serving diverse student populations in person, helping each child reach their fullest communication potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Experience with early intervention caseloads and familiarity with IEP processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with educators, families, and other specialists
- Comfortable travelling between school district sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to early intervention students, adapting methods to meet diverse needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and compile evaluation reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Develop and implement IEP goals and interventions for eligible students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and contribute to ongoing data collection
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
