Speech-Language Pathologist in Lebanon, PA

This is a contract, full-time opportunity with a focus on serving diverse student populations in person, helping each child reach their fullest communication potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
• Experience with early intervention caseloads and familiarity with IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with educators, families, and other specialists
• Comfortable travelling between school district sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to early intervention students, adapting methods to meet diverse needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and compile evaluation reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Develop and implement IEP goals and interventions for eligible students
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and contribute to ongoing data collection
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
