What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Missouri SLP
- Proven experience in a school environment, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload paperwork efficiently
- Confidence in supervising and collaborating with SLP assistants
In this role, you will:
- Case manage 21 students while serving as the primary service provider for a caseload of 76 (including case-managed students), with SLP-A support for direct service delivery
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation in accordance with school and state standards
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ needs
- Supervise, guide, and collaborate with an onsite SLP-A as part of a supportive therapy team
