In this on-site role, you’ll be the case manager for 21 students while also serving a broader caseload of 76—supported by a dedicated SLP-A for 2-3 days a week and a seasoned in-house SLP for supervision. With the school year running from late August 2026 through spring 2027, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your skills to a diverse, engaged student population.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • State licensure for Missouri, or eligibility
  • Experience working within school settings, especially at the elementary level, is preferred
  • Proficiency in working collaboratively with SLP-Assistants and other professionals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case manage a core group of 21 students, overseeing evaluations, IEPs, and communication with families and staff
  • Serve as a direct service provider for a caseload of up to 76 elementary-aged students
  • Partner with the on-site SLP-A and in-house SLP for comprehensive support of student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with school objectives and best practices
  • Document and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records
