Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and relevant documentation
  • Ability to motivate and connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain detailed and timely progress records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic atmosphere
  • Adapt strategies and interventions to promote student growth and communication
