School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Leesburg, Florida

Requirements for this position include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA CCCs or eligibility as a CFY
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Commitment to serving a full school-year term in a full-time role
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students
• Deliver direct therapy services, individually or in small groups, in an onsite setting
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEP data
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff as part of a multidisciplinary support team
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student needs
• Utilize a dedicated therapy space for all sessions to create a focused and welcoming environment
