Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication needs in a school setting. This full-time, full school year position is ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) as well as those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Two onsite positions are available, serving a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students, all within a supportive elementary school environment. You’ll have a dedicated therapy space, empowering you to provide focused, individualized care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state license or eligibility; ASHA CCCs welcome, CFY supervision provided
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students onsite for the full academic year
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
  • Utilize your personal therapy space effectively to foster a positive, productive environment
