What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP certification, with state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience delivering speech services in schools (virtual experience highly valued)
  • Strong ability to manage, support, and guide SLPAs effectively
  • Proficiency in offering indirect services (consultation, collaboration, documentation)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and technology skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising two SLPAs, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure quality of service
  • Delivering all indirect speech-language services, including consultation, student progress documentation, and collaboration with educational staff
  • Using virtual platforms to maintain accurate records and facilitate team meetings
  • Adhering to school and state compliance standards for speech therapy services
  • Promoting best practices for student-centered therapy in a digital environment
