This role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and has experience in school environments. You'll work collaboratively, making a meaningful difference for a diverse student population.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license and ASHA CCC
  • Background working in school-based settings
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as general education populations
  • Ability to supervise SLPA and assist in professional development
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to both Autism and Gen Ed learners
  • Provide high-quality direct speech and language therapy services
  • Oversee and provide supervision for SLPA
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
  • Document assessments, progress reports, and required paperwork in a timely, thorough manner
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices
