Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Possess a valid Florida teacher certification and/or active Florida DOH SLP license.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to adapt to caseloads and student needs across various age groups and campuses.
  • Willingness to complete fingerprinting requirements in compliance with district and state policies, including facilitating verification if you’ve previously worked within Florida districts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students at assigned school sites.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on student IEPs and evaluated needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide strategies for supporting communication abilities in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and district guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development as required.
