With flexible full-time schedules—up to 37.5 hours weekly—and part-time roles open, this contract opportunity allows you to shape your work-life balance and focus on student progress.

Your assignments may span several schools, with options to combine sites into one full-time equivalent (FTE) workload. Caseloads will vary by site and will be tailored and clarified at the time of placement.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid Florida SLP license and/or Florida teacher certification
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt assessments and interventions to diverse student needs
  • Commitment to timely compliance with fingerprinting and credentialing (including AHCA Clearinghouse/background check/JLA badge transfer, as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and student services teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and goal setting
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Travel between assigned campuses as required
