Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
  • SLP-CCC, or Clinical Fellow (CFY) nearing completion
  • Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings is desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques suited for pediatric clients
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports per school standards
  • Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to create optimal learning environments
