Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
- SLP-CCC, or Clinical Fellow (CFY) nearing completion
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings is desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques suited for pediatric clients
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports per school standards
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to create optimal learning environments
