Licensed Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist in Leland, NC

Step into a valued role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school environment. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated educational team to address the communication needs of approximately 45 students on your caseload. Your expertise and compassion will help children achieve their individual goals and foster greater confidence and participation in the classroom.

What you’ll bring:
• A valid Speech-Language Pathology license
• Experience working with elementary-age students in grades K-5
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A commitment to helping students thrive in an inclusive setting

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and identify students' speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and deliver targeted therapy to individuals and small groups
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Partner closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and related documentation
• Empower students to reach their communication goals
