Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid California licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to tailor therapy to diverse student needs and support IEP goals
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and student advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and participate meaningfully in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (individual and group)
  • Supervise or collaborate with SLPAs, as needed
