Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid California licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor therapy to diverse student needs and support IEP goals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and student advocacy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate meaningfully in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with regulations
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (individual and group)
- Supervise or collaborate with SLPAs, as needed
