School Speech Language Pathologist - Lemoore, California

Make a real difference in students’ lives by providing expert speech-language therapy services in a supportive school-based setting. A contract opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join a vibrant educational community. This position offers a consistent full-time schedule of 37 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 3rd.

You’ll have the rewarding responsibility of managing a caseload of approximately 55-60 students, helping each one achieve their unique communication goals. Professional collaboration and resources are readily available, and your expertise will have a positive impact on the school community.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP license for the state of California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued.
• Confident, organized, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse school-age caseload.
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members for student success.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with school policies.
• Offer strategies and resources to support classroom integration.
