Full-time SLPs are needed for the next academic year, with assignments spanning from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Multiple vacancies exist across several elementary schools, each with specialized caseloads and an opportunity to work closely with diverse student populations.

Candidates will cover 1-3 school sites, managing caseloads that range from 18 to 23 students, with some details pending for certain campuses. Opportunities also exist for SLPs interested in Early Childhood settings.

Your expertise will be vital in creating supportive communication environments and helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Kansas SLP licensure, or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working across elementary and potentially early childhood programs
  • Ability to manage and travel between multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation for each student’s progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning
