Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred (K-12, including PreK experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, parents, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in student support meetings
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and data
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding communication disorders and strategies
