Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred (K-12, including PreK experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, parents, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in student support meetings
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and data
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding communication disorders and strategies
