Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current or eligibility for CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year).
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain it prior to the start date.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices in schools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and develop IEPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency challenges.
  • Maintain thorough records, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation.
  • Partner with teachers and families to support student success.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
