Qualifications:

  • Current SLP-CCC certification required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapeutic services individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and service delivery
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Offer recommendations and support for classroom accommodations and modifications
