Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
  • Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Previous experience with elementary school caseloads is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) specific to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services within the school setting for a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as required
  • Offer consultation and training to school personnel on communication strategies
