Desired Qualifications:
- Current license and certification as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Demonstrated experience working as a speech-language pathologist in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting students’ communication, learning, and social growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language services to K-12 students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and document progress toward goals
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide consultative support for staff and deliver training or resources as needed
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in school-based practice
