This full-time position is available to begin as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year (EOSY). Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proven experience in a school environment, particularly working with diverse student populations
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, evaluations, and therapy documentation
- Familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
- Flexibility, organization, and a positive, proactive attitude
Role Overview:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to a varied caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group and individual speech therapy sessions as outlined in IEPs
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic achievement
- Stay current with best practices and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
