This full-time position is available to begin as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year (EOSY). Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license and certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Proven experience in a school environment, particularly working with diverse student populations
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, evaluations, and therapy documentation
  • Familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
  • Flexibility, organization, and a positive, proactive attitude

Role Overview:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to a varied caseload of students
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group and individual speech therapy sessions as outlined in IEPs
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic achievement
  • Stay current with best practices and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
