Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows welcome
- Proven experience in a school setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor and report student progress
- Contribute to team meetings, offering insights and strategies to support student success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
