Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows welcome
  • Proven experience in a school setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in each student’s IEP
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor and report student progress
  • Contribute to team meetings, offering insights and strategies to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
