This position centers on early intervention, running from August 10, 2026, to June 17, 2027. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and support staff to deliver high-quality therapy and assessments in accordance with student IEPs and developmental needs.
What you’ll bring:
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school or educational setting
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Passion for working with young learners and supporting early developmental goals
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, treatment, and support for early intervention students
- Design and implement IEP-driven therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized strategies
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely reports related to student goals
- Contribute to team meetings and case reviews, offering insights for holistic student support
