Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Capacity to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain progress documentation
  • Partner with educators and families to support academic growth and generalization of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation and planning processes
  • Engage in ongoing professional learning relevant to school-based SLP best practices
