Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Capacity to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain progress documentation
- Partner with educators and families to support academic growth and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation and planning processes
