Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting supporting K-12 students
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and speech-language interventions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact in students’ educational journeys

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
  • Communicate student progress and recommendations to educators, families, and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
  • Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs and make learning engaging
