Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and clear state SLP license
- Previous experience supporting middle school-aged students preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Document services and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult with teachers and staff on student needs to support their academic success
- Provide strategies and resources to families to enhance student participation and achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to multidisciplinary teams
