Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and clear state SLP license
  • Previous experience supporting middle school-aged students preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Document services and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
  • Consult with teachers and staff on student needs to support their academic success
  • Provide strategies and resources to families to enhance student participation and achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to multidisciplinary teams
