This full-time position runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering 40 hours each week. You'll work with a caseload of 58 students across early childhood and 1st through 4th grades, utilizing the innovative 3:1 service delivery model to maximize student growth and outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in schools is highly valued
• Solid understanding of early childhood and elementary developmental milestones
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students in early childhood and grades 1–4
• Employ the 3:1 service delivery model, ensuring efficient use of therapy and consultative time
• Complete thorough assessments and re-evaluations as needed
• Develop, maintain, and update IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide strategies for classroom success
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
