This full-time position runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering 40 hours each week. You'll work with a caseload of 58 students across early childhood and 1st through 4th grades, utilizing the innovative 3:1 service delivery model to maximize student growth and outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
- Previous experience providing speech therapy in schools is highly valued
- Solid understanding of early childhood and elementary developmental milestones
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students in early childhood and grades 1–4
- Employ the 3:1 service delivery model, ensuring efficient use of therapy and consultative time
- Complete thorough assessments and re-evaluations as needed
- Develop, maintain, and update IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide strategies for classroom success
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
