Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lewisville, TX

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Familiarity with the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Knowledge of school-based practices, including 504 plans and educational law compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring records

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students per their 504 plans, individually or in small groups
• Assess, diagnose, and track students’ progress in overcoming speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and carry out intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with school standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in meetings, evaluations, and team discussions to support student success and informed decision-making
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all students through active engagement and clear communication
