Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration for strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience delivering therapy in schools or pediatric settings
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to create and implement effective, individualized education program (IEP) goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy in alignment with each student’s IEP
  • Maintain ongoing communication with parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Utilize teletherapy and in-person services as needed to ensure student progress
  • Document services and progress per district and professional standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
