  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to determine student needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and integrate therapy goals into academic programs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classroom and pull-out models
  • Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support teachers and caregivers with strategies to reinforce skill development
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that values every student’s voice
