Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lexington, NC

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible North Carolina SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP practice
• Proficiency in individual and group therapy, consultation, and assessments
• Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and indirect services, adapting interventions to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary support teams
• Monitor, document, and report progress in alignment with IEP requirements
• Provide guidance and support for compliance and best practices in special education settings
