Middle School Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lexington, NC

• Current SLP certification and state licensure
• Experience in K-12 settings, including elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Familiarity with providing individualized (1:1) student support
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs and treatment plans
• Commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences

Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Assess, diagnose, and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Develop and monitor relevant goals within Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
• Collaborate with school staff and families to facilitate student growth and self-advocacy
• Offer support across a range of student needs, from articulation to language development and social communication
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
