Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, valid SLP license in the state
- Certification as required for school-based practice
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred
- Skilled in delivering both individual (1:1) and small group interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexible and adaptable to diverse caseloads and school environments
- Passion for empowering students with a variety of speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to unique student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic progress
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular updates
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation
