Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current, valid SLP license in the state
  • Certification as required for school-based practice
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred
  • Skilled in delivering both individual (1:1) and small group interventions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to diverse caseloads and school environments
  • Passion for empowering students with a variety of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to unique student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic progress
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular updates
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation
