We’re looking for a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist committed to student growth and inclusion. If you thrive in educational environments and enjoy working across grade levels, you’ll find this role both rewarding and inspiring.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Current state SLP license and certification required
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Familiarity with individualized and group therapy for students with a range of communication needs
• Comfortable delivering 1:1 services tailored to individual goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with IEP processes and documentation
• Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:
• Provide speech-language therapy to students across K-12 campuses
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
• Offer guidance on communication strategies in the classroom
