Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as SLP; CCC preferred, CFY welcome
- Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare pediatrics
- Proficiency or interest in teletherapy
- Familiarity with ECATS beneficial
- Articulation therapy expertise
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 45-50 students providing direct SLP services (articulation, language, and fluency)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
