Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as SLP; CCC preferred, CFY welcome
• Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare pediatrics
• Proficiency or interest in teletherapy
• Familiarity with ECATS beneficial
• Articulation therapy expertise

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 45-50 students providing direct SLP services (articulation, language, and fluency)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
