Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Maryland SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with school-based caseloads, especially in elementary and middle school settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve students at one elementary and one middle school, managing a varied and engaging caseload
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultation services, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with state and federal documentation guidelines
  • Provide progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as required
