This contract position is ideal for driven SLPs, whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to grow or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Work with a welcoming elementary school team, managing a caseload of 45-50 students. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families, using your expertise to help young learners thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • CCC or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Expertise in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and colleagues regarding student communication needs
  • Maintain clear documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
  • Engage students by using evidence-based therapy approaches and creative interventions
  • Advocate for students’ speech and language success within the school environment
