Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Hold SLP-CCC or are eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state license or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Previous experience with elementary-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students in individual or small group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation on student progress and communicate regularly with teachers and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
  • Support a collaborative and inclusive school climate
