Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active or eligible SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
- Comfort working with elementary-aged students
- Skills in assessment, diagnosis, and developing IEPs for communication disorders
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse group of elementary students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in setting appropriate goals
- Maintain consistent progress notes and documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
