Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) in South Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative services to elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to achieve student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and up-to-date progress records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
