Step into a dynamic educational environment where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist can truly shine. This contract opportunity runs from August 4, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering a fulfilling schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You’ll provide services to a caseload of approximately 45-50 students, supporting communication and language development across both elementary and middle school settings.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with individual education plans (IEPs) and special education processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing disorders
  • Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans and speech goals
  • Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to IEP development and implementation
  • Consult with staff and caregivers to support student progress
  • Serve as a resource for classroom teachers in strategies to facilitate language development
  • Work across two elementary school sites and one middle school location as assigned
