You’ll play a pivotal role providing services across two schools (elementary and middle), supporting caseloads typically around 45-50 students.

Whether you are a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), recent graduate (CFY), or possess experience in school or healthcare pediatric settings, your skills and compassion will help students thrive academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in educational or healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Ability to independently manage caseloads and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services in both individual and small group settings
- Complete all required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a resource for educators and families regarding effective communication strategies
