What you bring:
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)

- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods for school-aged children
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop customized treatment plans and monitor progress efficiently
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students, individually and in group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine therapy needs
- Develop and deliver individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's needs
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and required compliance paperwork
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team consultations as needed
