Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- School-based or pediatric SLP experience highly regarded
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to supporting individual educational plans and student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain thorough documentation and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student development and success
- Participate in intervention planning, progress monitoring, and team meetings
- Serve a single elementary school, focusing on building positive rapport with students and staff
