Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric care within schools
• SLP-CCC preferred, but strong CFYs considered
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
• Skills in collaborating with educators and parents
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement intervention for a variety of speech and language disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students from various backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear recommendations
• Support a positive learning environment for all students served
