What We're Looking For:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies
- Comfortable working in a school-based, multidisciplinary team setting
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Complete all required documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate and provide resources for students, families, and staff to support carryover and progress
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to educational and clinical practice
