What We're Looking For:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies
  • Comfortable working in a school-based, multidisciplinary team setting

What You'll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Complete all required documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate and provide resources for students, families, and staff to support carryover and progress
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to educational and clinical practice
