Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-age children, ideally across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans individualized to each student's needs
  • Prior school experience preferred, but not required for candidates with strong clinical backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team approach
