Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering learners to reach their full potential by addressing a variety of speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certification appropriate for SLP practice in school settings
• Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students across all grade levels in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support academic achievement and inclusion
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to interventions as needed
• Engage and communicate with families regarding student growth and strategies for support
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development
