Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join an elementary school team in South Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is based at a single elementary school campus and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development and educational success.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and related service providers to evaluate, support, and enhance students’ speech and language skills in a school-based setting.

School Year: August 2026 – May 2027
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Schedule: 5 Days per Week

Position Details:
Full-time contract position
37.5 hours per week
Monday through Friday schedule
August 2026 through May 2027
One elementary school campus assignment
Elementary-aged student caseload
Additional caseload and program details will be provided during the interview process


Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and district requirements


Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Pay: 45-55 an hour depending on experiencePay: 45-55 an hour depending on experience
