Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) completed or in progress
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students (caseload of 45-50)
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and document student progress
  • Participate in school meetings and staff development
