Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals
  • Carefully track and document student progress for continuous improvement
  • Work alongside educators, therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
  • Involve and educate families, empowering them to support therapy goals

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Active state board-approved SLP license
