Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals
- Carefully track and document student progress for continuous improvement
- Work alongside educators, therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Involve and educate families, empowering them to support therapy goals
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Active state board-approved SLP license
