Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
  • Eligible for practice in school settings in Missouri
  • Experience with elementary school caseloads preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with SLP-As and fellow SLPs
  • Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings is an asset

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as primary case manager for 21 elementary students, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with IEP requirements
  • Deliver speech therapy services to a total of 76 students, with support from an SLP-A 2-3 days per week
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Coordinate closely with an onsite SLP partner providing supervision for the SLP-A
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate with families and staff
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
