Step into a rewarding contract position supporting elementary students with communication and language needs in a dynamic educational setting. This onsite opportunity, located near Liberty, MO, offers the chance to collaborate with skilled professionals and make a direct impact on students’ academic and social success for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
- Eligible for practice in school settings in Missouri
- Experience with elementary school caseloads preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with SLP-As and fellow SLPs
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings is an asset
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as primary case manager for 21 elementary students, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with IEP requirements
- Deliver speech therapy services to a total of 76 students, with support from an SLP-A 2-3 days per week
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate closely with an onsite SLP partner providing supervision for the SLP-A
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate with families and staff
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
