What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice as an SLP in the state
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to delivering services onsite (this is not a virtual or hybrid position)

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor progress, and maintain required documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student success
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and support family engagement
  • Flexibly adapt to evolving caseloads and priorities over the school year
