What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice as an SLP in the state
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to delivering services onsite (this is not a virtual or hybrid position)
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor progress, and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student success
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and support family engagement
- Flexibly adapt to evolving caseloads and priorities over the school year
