Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate high-school-aged students
• Comfortable with onsite work, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ educational success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture

This role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:40pm, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while serving a diverse and engaged student community onsite.
