Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate high-school-aged students
- Comfortable with onsite work, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ educational success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
This role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:40pm, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while serving a diverse and engaged student community onsite.
